The founding members of TTi Asia were equipped with vast sales experience in selling Printronix Line Matrix printers owing to their decades of experience from Memorex Telex (MTX). This put them in good stead in leading TTi Asia to establish its position as a pioneer and market leader in Printronix Line Matrix printers. Indeed, many MTX customers continue to look to TTi for all their printing requirements.

In 2011, TTi officially became a distributor of Ricoh Asia Pacific and is currently selling the complete range of Ricoh printers and MFPs.

In the same year, TTi attained the status of being the preferred business partner of Rosetta Technologies, a market leader in MICR check printing solutions.
